Meet Nicole

I’m Nicole Aman, Founder of Lionfern, Certified Executive Coach, and Business Growth Specialist.

For more than 20 years, I’ve held senior leadership roles across Sydney and London — guiding organisations through transformation, shaping strategy, and coaching teams and leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

What I’ve learned along the way is this: change happens one conversation at a time.
Whether in a boardroom or across a kitchen table, the right dialogue can shift perspective, unlock courage, and create momentum where there was once doubt.

That belief is why I became a coach. Coaching creates the space for people to pause, see patterns, and discover new ways forward — from surviving to thriving, from tension to alignment, from ideas to impact.

I bring together three lenses:

• the strategic scope of a Growth leader,

• the commercial precision of a former Chartered Accountant, and

• the deep listening of an accredited coach.

This mix allows me to see the customer, commercial, and people implications of every decision — and to help others align purpose, performance, and culture in a way that lasts.

Two lessons guide me:
